I’ve noticed this issue at the start of this week, but in my case I can’t access any page on shopify theme dev, I immediately get redirected to /cart and hit with the 429

Hitting “Your connection needs to be verified before you can proceed” constantly using the latest version of the CLI, though mine is failing with 403s. Ridiculous workaround, but if you turn your VPN on or off every time it happens, you get a few more reloads.
