We’re planning to add Microsoft Clarity to our app to understand how merchants use it and where they get stuck. Before we do, I’d love to hear from other app developers who have used it.
- How has your experience been with Clarity?
- What did you find most useful in it: recordings, heatmaps, or something else?
- Would you recommend it? Or is there another tool you think works better for Shopify apps?
One small concern on our side. We struggled with LCP and CLS for a while and have only recently fixed them. If we add Clarity, will it affect our LCP and CLS again? If anyone has seen an impact, it would help to know how you handled it.
