Bug: Shipping refund doesn't include tax, but line item does

Hey guys,

when refunding shipping and line items, the line item subtotal includes VAT/TAX but the shipping field subtotal doesn’t.

It seems like a bug to me, or am missing something?

Have you checked this setting in the Admin UI?

There are correctly charged tax on shipping, as you can see in the taxAmountSet on the shipping lines in the screenshots. It’s just not included in the subTotalAmountSet, like it is for line items.
