BulkOperation call works, then it doesn't work from another server

Using same code, same settings, same api call, same api key/pass. Our bulkoperation call works from my dev machine. When I use that same code, and run in our company’s server (not my machine), then we get an ErrorCode: ACCESS_DENIED .

Please advise
