Cannot create Partner organization — signup returns 422 "address invalid" (Türkiye)

I cannot create a Partner organization. The final step of
/signup/create-organization returns HTTP 422 with:

I have tried five different combinations, all rejected with the
identical error:

  1. city “Esenyurt” (district), zip 34519, street address
  2. city “Esenyurt”, zip 34519, building/complex name
  3. city “İstanbul” (province), zip 34538, building name
  4. city “İstanbul”, zip 34519, street address, district in address2
  5. city “Istanbul” (ASCII spelling, exactly as the Region dropdown
    spells it), zip 34519, street address, district in address2

I also inspected the form in DevTools: typing in the Address 1 field
produces NO network request at all — there is no address autocomplete
or geocoding call, so latitude and longitude are always null in the
payload. Validation appears to be server-side and cannot resolve this
Turkish address.

Country TR and Region Istanbul (TR-34) were both chosen from the
dropdowns, so the province code is exactly what the form supplies.

partners@shopify.com is no longer monitored, and the Partner Dashboard
support form and live chat both require an account I cannot create —
so I have no other channel. Could someone create the organization
manually, or tell me what this validator expects?

Hi @Four_Pear, this happened due to an issue with Turkish address validation on our end, which we’ve now resolved. Can you try creating a Partner Organization again?
