Cannot find “App testing information” section to add test credentials for App Store review

Hi everyone,

My Shopify app review has been paused because Shopify requested that I include test credentials for the app reviewer.

In the “App Store review” page under Distribution, I can see the requirement:

• Include test credentials → Not met

When I click it, Shopify shows a popup/reference screenshot pointing to the old “App testing information” page where credentials should be added.

However, I cannot find that page anywhere in the current Partner Dashboard UI.

What I currently see:

• Distribution
• App Store review
• Manage listing
• API access requests

But I do NOT see:

• “App testing information”
• username/password fields
• testing credentials form

My app DOES require login credentials, so I need to provide:

• test username
• test password
• testing instructions

I’ve already tried:

• Chrome incognito
• hard refresh
• different browsers
• disabling extensions
• checking Manage listing pages

but still cannot find the credentials section shown in Shopify’s screenshot/reference.

Has Shopify moved this section in the new UI?
Where exactly can I add the reviewer credentials now?

@support3 What you’re looking for is on the “Created Listing (English) - Edit” tab of your dashboard screenshot. It’s towards the very bottom.

On Dashboard not able to see create listing option @Drewski
may i know on which screen i found that option for that app

Testing instrcutions and credentials are added to the app listing itself which can be edited from the distribution page for your app
