I’m trying to connect my Shopify store (bblessnature.myshopify.com) to an external CRM (GoHighLevel).
Here’s the situation:

I am the developer of a Shopify app under my Partner account (2Bbless).

The app shows 1 install.

The store bblessnature.myshopify.com is active.

I can log into the admin successfully.

The store is not paused, frozen, or closed.
However, I cannot generate an Admin API access token.
What I’m trying to do:

Create a Custom App inside the store
-
Install it
-
Reveal the Admin API access token
-
Use it to connect to GoHighLevel
The problem:
It seems I do not have the correct permissions to generate the token or fully manage custom apps.
Questions:

What exact permissions are required to generate an Admin API access token?

Does this require full store owner access?
-
If I am not the store owner, what permissions must the owner grant me?

Is there any other reason why the Admin API token would not appear after installing a custom app?
To clarify:

The store is active.

I can log in.

This is not a store status issue.

This appears to be a permissions / role access issue.
