Change Authentication method | remove "continue with shop" sign in option

Hi guys,

I am trying to remove continue with shop sign in option from the store, which is removed by the path For Customer Sign-in: Settings > Customer Accounts > Authentication > Manage.

the problem I am facing is that the “Manage” button is disabled | grayed out, can anyone tell me how do I address this issue, I need to remove the continue with shop sign in option, thanks in advance.

It looks like customer account UI extensions only target pages after authentication, so they won’t be available here to remove the “continue with Shop” option. What is the reason for removing this option?

This sounds like a staff permissions issue. Can you ask the store owner or someone with the appropriate permissions to manage those settings on your behalf?
