Did you end up finding a way around this? I believe we are having the same issue, and we would not like to block the order via Shopify Functions like @Brianna_Leung mentioned, because we have a post-purchase team that can call for the people to ask the information. Overall, we capture the information for like 95% of the orders, we would like to increase this to 100%.
