Customer Account UI Extension works in development but not in production

Hi,

I’m using the new customer accounts (not the legacy one) along with a Customer Account UI Extension.

Everything works as expected in development mode, but once deployed to production, the extension does not appear or function at all.

  • The extension is properly deployed

  • It works fine in development preview

  • I’m using the new customer accounts (not legacy)

Is there anything specific that needs to be enabled or configured for production?

When you say

is this when they navigate to Settings > Customer accounts > Customize and try to add the app on the editor?
