Do merchants get an email when refunded for an app subscription charge?

As the title says, my question is simply if the merchant is notified in any way when we issue a refund for a subscription charge via the partners dashboard.

I didn’t find any category that would actually fit this post, so i’m using the Dev platform one.

It does say that the merchant will be emailed after you do a refund - so my assumption is yes!

Unfortunately I just tested with my own store (real store, not dev store), and I didn’t get any emails :frowning:

I think it’s a bit absurd that the merchant doesn’t get notified of something so important.

Correction, the email took some time (around 20-30 mins) but it landed, thanks!
