Hi Shopify team,
I’m preparing my embedded app for App Store submission, but the “Embedded app checks” have remained pending for several hours.
The two checks are:
- Using the latest App Bridge script loaded from Shopify’s CDN
- Using session tokens for user authentication
What I’ve already done:
- Installed the production app on a development store
- Opened and used the app directly inside Shopify Admin
- Interacted with multiple parts of the app to generate session data
- Confirmed that the app is configured as embedded
- Verified that App Bridge is loaded from Shopify’s CDN
- Verified that authenticated requests use Shopify session tokens
All other automated App Store checks are passing.
The dashboard says these checks are automatically evaluated every 2 hours, but they are still showing as pending.
Could someone confirm whether this is simply a telemetry/checker delay, or whether there is anything else I need to do?
