Error activation offline payment application

Hi,

I’m developing an offline payment application. This application integrates with a financial company through which payments are processed. The custom distribution method has been selected, so the application won’t be published on the Shopify App Store..

I’m following the documentation at the following link.

I’m having a problem in a phase of the testing. I’m currently at the next step in the testing process..

When I click on the “Volver a Shopify” button whose URL is,

I need help with this part. I don’t know how to proceed. Do I need Shopify to grant me permissions? I think that for Shopify to approve the app, I have to select public distribution. I don’t know if this has anything to do with my error.

Just to confirm, have you been approved for payments?

Hi Luke. Of course. The problem is that I can’t request the approvement of my application. I don’t know how I can do it. I know that it is easy if I choose the public distribution. I have custom distribution.
