I am having a problem with my website tool that is designed to help users clean their phone speakers using sound. It has been a problem for me for the past few weeks. Earlier it was working fine, but now I am getting mixed feedback from users.
The tool works by playing specific sound frequencies to help eject water or dust from phone speakers. However, some users are saying the sound is not strong enough, while others report that it works only partially. Because of this, the overall performance and trust of the tool is decreasing.
I have tried checking basic things, but I am not able to identify the exact issue. I am not sure if this is happening due to different mobile devices, browser limitations, or something related to how sound behaves across different systems.
