Hide India Checkout for Global Store Without Showing Products as Out of Stock

Short description of issue

We need a solution to prevent customers from India from proceeding to checkout on a global store. At the same time, products should remain visible and must not appear as out of stock for users in India.

Presumably just setup a market, then in the liquid of your theme hide the add to cart and cart buttons?

At the moment, we have disabled the checkout buttons. However, we want users to be redirected to the checkout page, with the country not visible.
