How can I chat with a Shopify representative?

I’m a developer for a company that uses Shopify as a store in Brazil, and we want to make a change to our store, but we don’t have a validation server.

We’d like to get a quote for a validation environment, but we haven’t been able to contact a Shopify representative in Brazil.

Does anyone know how I can get in touch?

There isn’t a specific regional representative program, but I found this option in the Help Center, where you can contact and find more information about Shopify Brazil. (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/intro-to-shopify/initial-setup/sell-in-brazil)
