Does anyone know how I can update my current theme Motion 10.6.2 to 11.1.0 without doing the update in the Shopify admin and downloading the file, then creating a new repo and reconnecting to Shopify?
If you want to avoid the usual/ native update flow, and do an update locally - you could download both the new version and current versions of your theme to one directory and ask Cursor to do a diff check on both and implement the new changes on the current version. You could test each change out locally to make sure nothing is breaking. Then you can push the new theme to your store.
