India GST input tax refund for Shopify app payout

I have a Shopify app and all my billing is via Shopify.
I receive a payout from Shopify every two week.

I have expenses in India like AWS fees which charge me 18% GST . (I have a India GST number)

Given Shopify is not an Indian entity, this means basically all my income is via Export. As such I should be able to claim GST refund for my GST Input tax credit.
fyi - I have a Letter of Undertaking (LUT) in GST which is needed for businesses which only do export.

How to go about claiming GST Input tax credit ? Has anyone tried this ? Does Shopify share any certificate / document mentioning all the income from Shopify is purely from export ?
