Missing app access permissions

Today we sent 3 separate collaborator requests to merchants, and included our usual permissions of View Products and View Apps.

The merchants approved the requests, but surprisingly we noticed it’s missing the View App permission on all 3. This has never happened before.

I opened a ticket with Shopify Support to investigate. Maybe it’s a bug.

If you have noticed this issue too, please post here so we can provide that reference to the Shopify support team.

Shopify Support came back saying that App access permission has indeed been granted by the merchants, and is on file, but it isn’t translating into access when we actually load the admin. They’re currently investigating.
