Need help with initial synchronization errors

Hello, I’m not sure if this is the right palce but for a while we/I are having errors when booting up a project. Basically we run the command to view our preview themes but there is often a “Failed to perform the initial theme synchronization.” error. Sometimes rerunning the command will work, sometimes you just get it constantly. I am not the one who usually deals with our tools but I need to start figuring it out as it is a really big problem.

IE, the current project I am trying to view now has this error.

A bit earlier the error was “Client network │

Third error to pop

I need some big help to figure out what do I need to look for as if I don’t take matters in my own hands the issue will never be fixed.

First off, I’d make sure you’re on the most recent CLI version in case this is due to an outdated version. Next I’d check if this is caused by issues related to using a VPN - so disable the VPN if you’re using one, and also test on a different internet connection. The I’d check if these issues are still appearing on a different theme, so install Dawn or Horizon and try pulling and previewing a local version of these.

Try the above and let us know if you’re still seeing these errors.
