Hi Amanda McLeod I can share an update that we just recently shipped an “Outstanding store credit balance” report which will give you the outstanding total credit for a given period. This is essentially the same type of report we have for gift cards. That being said, I’m not sure this will give you the level of detail you need as it’s not at the granular customer/credit ID level. Would love to hear your feedback on this though!

You are correct that it’s still a grain higher than what we need. My question for you is if you do intent to provide reporting at the credit id level similar to how you have for gift cards right now.
