NVM, my issue has been resolved.
I just tried the hideCameraScanner functionality on both 2026-04 and 2026-07 and am still seeing the issue where the camera is not dismissed. Switching to 2026-01 resolves the issue, but wondering if there was another regression or if this was rolled back due to the other issue it may have surfaced (referenced in this thread)?
Should this be working on the newer versions now or not? When can we expect a fix?
I can confirm that the dismissal is still not working with the 2026-07 version
