When supporting our Plus merchants, we usually get requests to help troubleshoot metafield definitions on Companies/Company locations. There’s no option in Partners to request that level of access so we have to follow up with the merchant to give us access manually.
P.S. There’s no ideal category to post this in so I chose Community Feedback. Ideally we could get a “Partner support” or “Partner dashboard” category. I’m not sure who is managing the “Partner dashboard”, so any insight on where to put these types of issues would be great.
The friction is also because once a request is sent any updates to get missing permissions have to roundtrip through comms to get the admin to then go into the staff/collab settings.
Instead of just being an updatable form inside the partner dashboard that keeps existing selections.
