It’s difficult to see, even though I’ve zoomed in quite a lot! The border, with <s-thumbnail size="small-200"> - seems to be ‘inside’ the image.
This only appears to happen in Admin extensions and not in App home

I was able to replicate this issue, so I’ll look into getting this addressed on our end. Thanks for reporting this to us. I’ll update you here once we ship a fix.
