Title: Shop Minis submission: Testing instructions editor workflow unclear

Hi, when running shop-minis submit, the CLI asks about “preferred editor” for testing instructions, but:
- Editor doesn’t open automatically
- Manual editing of temp file works but cannot proceed to submit
- Editing in Terminal with -–INSERT— works but only option is ‘:wq enter’ to save and exit
- but then only options are ‘Yes, prefered editor’, or ‘No, cancel’ again
- Process is unclear, can’t proceed, stuck in a loop
How should testing instructions be provided during submission? Is there documentation or an alternative method?
