at https://help.shopify.com/en/pin, it is imposible to select a concrete store for which generate the pin. The interface only shows 20 stores, but we developers have usually many more. And if a concrete store is not among those 20, you cannot select it.
Hi @sinuhe - is this pin something you need for support interactions? Does the page that’s generated not have pagination? If you could share a screenshot with any sensitive info blurred/ removed that would be helpful.
It seems that chat support staff and this community Shopify staff are not very aligned Yes, that is the pin that Shopify support chat staff ask partners to look into their stores.
It is not very illustrative, but at least you can see how, for a partner profile that has many more than 20 development stores, it only shows 20 and does not provide options to search more stores.
