To clarify, on one of our websites it’s randomly disconnected from the Github Integration and is showing a warning in the admin. Shopify has full access to all of our repositories so it’s not a permission issue and this has been setup for years without issue.
Any ideas?
Just had this happen on a second store now. It’s gone from the first, a false-positive?
This is usually GitHub side, not Shopify dropping the connection. Check your org’s third party application access audit log on GitHub, an admin revoking or re-authorizing the OAuth app, or an SSO policy re-enforcing, will silently disconnect it without anything changing on the Shopify end. Worth checking if it lines up on both stores.
@ceri_waters I also am having the same issue. I logged into Shopify and I saw that exact same error as you. I’ve tried relinking and everything, but nothing seems to fix that. Would be nice for someone from Shopify to assist with this.
May have been an intermittent issue on Shopify’s/GitHub side - seems to all be ok now, and those errors have disappeared from stores.
Scratch that, it’s popped up on another store today..
Nope, nothing has been revoked etc. It appears on stores and then disappears after a while.
