Shopify POS bug - when Cart Transform line item is present, Gift Cards are not created

Hi team,

A merchant (four-horsemen-comics-and-gaming-robinson) has reported that when there is a line item in the POS cart from our app with the price adjusted using the Cart Transform API and there is also a gift card in the cart, the order completes and full payment amount is accepted, but the gift card itself is not created by Shopify with no error shown.

Example order is #159541.

Hi @derrick, can you double-check the name of the product? Does it match the name of an existing gift card product in the admin or was it sold as a custom sale item instead?

Thanks @Paige-Shopify, I also saw the custom sale line item prop in the order. I’ll confirm with the merchant.
