Thanks for the reply. It’s working again now. From yesterday until earlier today, our company was affected both at the office and at home, which made it inconvenient to check our clients’ stores ~~
Hi @long_nguyen , It appears that IP addresses from Vietnam may not be supported. You can
change your device’s IP address to another country and try again.

Tks. Now it’s working again, and there’s no need to change the IP anymore
I see that the problem still persists on the vendor page. Even on the Horizon and Dawn demo stores.

The request headers for that page should include a request-id header. When the issue occurs, could you confirm whether it exists and share the value with me?
