A lot of our users can’t access our application because of a cookie problem.
We managed to reproduced the problem on our side both on Firefox and Chrome.
This happens on our app that have hundreds of users and without a change on our side.
Can someone at Shopify, please, have a look? I’m in contact with the support in parallel but it doesn’t go anywhere.
We just reviewed what changed yesterday:
After acceptation by the Shopify team we added the read_all_orders scope
- We accepted the scope update
- We checked that it was working by requesting orders older than 60 days
- One of our user was waiting for it so we make them accept the scope update
- We requested orders as old as 365 days for them and it worked
As well we can see that we have some activity this morning. Webhook app_scopes_update is called for our users who doesn’t have yet accepted it and from what we can see some of them can use the application.
