hi, we have found a notice in our partner, mentioning we need to submit the AOC for our partner organisation apps. I can see in the certificates section a notice that mentiones that the PCI AOC document which need to be submitted. I want to confirm with you, where in the partner dashboard can we find the option to upload the AOC document? Does this only appear for specific role? thanks.
Hey @Agustin_Mouratoglou - thanks for flagging this. PCI AOCs aren’t currently submitted through the Partner Dashboard, so the missing upload option isn’t tied to a specific Partner role.
To submit your PCI AOC doc currently, please sign in to the Shopify Help Center using the account associated with your Partner organization, select the organization, and choose “Chat with us”. Include your updated AOC with the support request so the team can route it for review: https://help.shopify.com

It’s funny you mention adding it to the docs as I started working on addressing this documentation gap right after your report. We’ve now added this info to our Manage encryption certificates doc which should help address any confusion about the process moving forward
