You need to create PO, and then on the PO screen you can click “Duplicate” → “As transfer”. There doesn’t seem to be any link between POs and Transfers after that point. I saw it, only read atm.

We have to abandon this now anyway entirely due to this : Purchase Orders now block all variants if any variant is a bundle? Why?
