Update from Shopify support:
This has the feel that you don’t have the right scopes. Or maybe you do, but a change was done to Shopify that changed what scopes you need to access that query/mutation.
So, a bit of an update - from Shopify support:
This is not happening to all stores because they haven’t had their scopes ‘refreshed’ - it only breaks when they re-authenticate.
Not great.
Nope… pretty good guess on my part though! Not like I’ve hit a similar issue before or anything.

Any update/info on this from Shopify? Would be great to hear what actually happened (as always) from the source
