"A cart transform function failed" but now errors in the logs?

Hi!

A merchant reached out - they’re seeing a notification that cart transform (from my app) is having some issues, but there are no errors in the Shopify Function logs that they’ve shared.

They also don’t see any issues when testing. How can I proceed from here? Any ideas?

Is this happening with just one specific merchant? If so, is it possible that this store has multiple active cart transform functions from a different app?
