I run a app where merchants can allow their website visitors to compare products on their store.
I have noticed some of my competitors only ask merchants to enable app embed (theme header) and the “Add to Compare” button automatically appears in all product cards in collection pages.
How do I go about doing this? I don’t want ask the merchant to add a block product grid — I feel like using App Embed is much easier way – but I am just not sure how to achieve this.

- I can’t say for sure how other developers are achieving this, but it’s one method for similar installation flows is through post-installation deep links:

Thanks Alan – Yea this works great for some themes but there are themes that dont allow blocks in product cards on collection pages – how do I go about that?
No worries @Sumanth_Jois! App embed blocks should be supported in Online. Store 2.0 themes and vintage themes: Configure theme app extensions
Are you seeing a specific theme where you’re not seeing those supported? I can take a look on my end to see if we can figure out some workarounds if that’s the case, just let me know!
