I was looking into adding one of our checkout rules and when I click “Add Rule” and then the chevron next to the word “Validation”, it goes to the app instead of the checkout rules page.

we have same problem.
We are also seeing this new behaviour.
We’ve had to create a UI in our app that manually calls the validationCreate mutation: validationCreate - GraphQL Admin
The UX for enabling these rules was not great, so I suspect Shopify are moving towards letting apps control the flow for enabling / disabling checkout rules.

We were running into this issue as well, but as of this morning, it seems to be fixed
The issue was fixed shortly after we received these reports. If anyone is still experiencing it, please let us know.
