i created the extension and is enabled from the theme setting but not working. please checkout on https://cottonclub.co.il and fill address. you’ll see it will show nothing

It’s very difficult to troubleshoot this issue without additional info. Can you share how this was created and share relevant code (removing any sensitive info)?

btw the request is not even triggered on keystroke so it’s hard to debug this for me
