We have reported this problem to Shopify Partner support, but have not received any updates from them during last 3 days and the problem is ongoing, so reporting it here.
Multiple merchants report that after installing our app (FlowMail, app ID `75769937921`), when they try to create a Flow workflow, Flow shows that FlowMail is not installed (even though it is installed). We have been able to reproduce this on our end and this was reported by lots of merchants during last 3-4 days.

After looking into this further, it appears there is an ongoing issue with the Flow application, which is why you’re seeing that error. This isn’t isolated to Flow alone — any apps relying on webhooks (including Shopify Flow) may be experiencing delays or failures at this time.
This looks a bit strange as www.shopifystatus.com shows that all systems are fine.
Can you please provide any workaround or ETA on when this is planned to be fixed?

One of our new merchants reported the same problem: Shopify Flow said the app wasn’t installed for a trigger from our app. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide a screenshot, and we thought the issue was that the client had selected the wrong trigger.
Thanks @Intelli_UA , now we know about this problem. Do I understand correctly that if the merchant waits a bit, Shopify Flow will receive the webhook about the app installation and the triggers / actions will start working?

This may be an intermittent issue getting the installation status of apps. We think that right now it’s working ok. Do you see issues still?

Some merchants reported that the problem resolved by itself (but with significant delay). Some tried reinstalling the app within several hours and that fixed the problem for them:
I uninstalled flow and flowmail and then reinstalled flowmail and flow in this new order. Now it seems to be running.

Hello, we have the same problem with our Apps.
Already three customer said they installed, reinstalled and even reinstalled Shopify Flow but still does not show under triggers.
@paul_n Can you check on this please? I get increased tickets on this specific problem. Thank you
