API access for “Create transfer store” and “Transfer a store to a client”

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for the correct way to request API access for two Partner Dashboard actions:

  1. Create transfer store
  2. Transfer a store to a client

Our app needs to programmatically create a development store/client transfer store under our APP, then transfer that store to the end user.

Are there public APIs or approved Partner APIs for these two actions? If not, what is the right Shopify team or support channel to request this access?

It is not currently possible to create stores via API.

We noticed that some AI storefront builders such as Manus and Lovable create development/client transfer stores and initiate store transfers directly from their own product flow.

Do you know whether this is handled through a private/approved Partner capability, or a specific Shopify partnership process? If so, what is the right channel to request or discuss that access?
