Yes, I’m the developer of the app block. However, this issue is happening on the merchant’s side — the block shows correctly in the Customize (theme editor) but doesn’t appear on Preview or the live site. I’m trying to understand if this might be related to theme rendering, app embed visibility, or a frontend loading issue.
