App Bridge V4 not getting Detected

I am preparing for the new July Checklist for using the latest version of the app bridge

I have already added the latest version of the app bridge via script tag on the head element and it tracks all web vitals except CLS

The checkmark for " Use the [latest version of App Bridge] on every page of your app" is not been checked for the past 1 week

Could you please help me debug waht could be the issue? Why it’s not detecting that I already have done the required chanegd for App bridge V4

Its been 7 days, i am struggling with it. I havve reached to the partner support team and no help.
I will lose my BFS tag is not resolved. Any help you could do will be greatly appreciated
