Hiya,
Bit of an odd one.. we’ve got our B2B Store setup to only allow access to products/collections when the customer is logged in and they have a valid location.
But for whatever reason.. the customer.current_location
seems to get wiped under a few scenarios.. (It could also be customer.b2b?
since I check for that as well)
- You haven’t been on the store for a while, but are still in fact logged in - you have to click on login and re-select a shop location.
- As a staff member, if you click “view” on a product from the admin it seems to wipe your company location session..
The only way to fix it is to go back into the account area and click on “Shop” which isn’t a great experience for customers.
