On the <form data-save-bar> element when using web components in Shopify Admin iframe, it doesn’t respond or trigger the save bar for programmatic updates to input elements.
I found an old thread where it said it was fixed but this has regressed and doesn’t work anymore App window's save bar doesn't prompt before close, and data-save-bar / button props have gaps - #4 by JordanFinners
