My client are selling doors and he wants to make custom app that calculates dynamic price based on input data - width and height and metafield data - price per unit price.
Please help me if you have some idea.

Shopify Functions allow you to set custom pricing rules, have you looked into using those? You may also find this article on the Shopify Enterprise Blog to be a helpful entrypoint for this topic.
lineUpdate’s do require a Shopify Plus plan
For non-Plus plans it can be a mess, either
- premake all the combinations then swap to a premade at add-to-cart time, and deal with things like inventory sync , duplicated skus etc
- have the by-the-measure aspect of the product be related to the quantity (e.g. a 6" door is 72 inches is 72-quantity of a 1-inch product) ; this can be a mess for multidimensional how ever.
- create the products on the fly pre-checkout to add to the cart
- create custom-items to a draft order, or add unlisted products if that feature is available to you
- bundle products so it’s a composite, again hard problem of just being multidimensional.
