Can we change the background color of the buttons on the customer account page with the Shopify Plus Branding API?
The secondary button does not correspond with its settings in the Checkout Blocks branding editor. This way you get conflicting results with the styles on the checkout.
Or can add another color scheme to the customer account pages?
For example you can’t add buttons with a white text and a dark background.

Thanks for flagging this issue.
The customer accounts take some colors from the Checkout Branding API scheme 2, but not all colors.
This way I can set a button with a dark background and white text on the checkout sidebar, but this results in a button with a white background and white text in the customer account portal.
I have tested this with the Checkout Blocks app.
Do you have a suggestion for not having branding conflicts between the checkout and customer accounts?
Should I move the sidebar styles for the checkout to scheme 3 and let customer accounts use scheme 2?
