Cannot use `shopify app dev`: "You are not authorized to use the CLI to develop in the provided store."

I’m using the same dev store and same partner account I always use, and was working perfectly a couple of hours ago.

I tried resetting the cli, logging out and logging in again, and the error persists.

Hi, Shopify reported an issue with the CLI in the past hour or so. It should be back up and working now.
