Can't install Shopify AI toolkit on Claude Code

It says:

❯ /plugin marketplace add Shopify/shopify-ai-toolkit

⎿ Successfully added marketplace: shopify-ai-toolkit

❯ /plugin install shopify-plugin@shopify-plugin

⎿ Marketplace “shopify-plugin” not found

I’m literally following the steps on a fresh folder seen at: Shopify AI Toolkit

What’s going on?

Hi @Vicc,

I haven’t been able to replicate this error you’re experiencing.

As seen in this screenshot, it’s giving me the option to install the shopify-plugin plugin without any issues:

Can I ask you to check the following please.

  1. Confirm you have the most up to date version of Claude Code installed, just in case you’re on an older potentially incompatible version.

  2. In Claude Code, run the /plugin command, and navigate to the Marketplaces tab to confirm that you have the shopify-ai-toolkit marketplace added correctly.

  1. After running the /plugin command, navigate to the Discover tab, where you should see the shopify-plugin that you can select and install from there.

Try /plugin install shopify-plugin@shopify-ai-toolkit
