Hey, I’m trying to Bulk Edit a few products in my store, and I can see that there are columns to schedule publish products to the online store, and it also has a column to set the scheduled publish date for each item.
I have another sales channel installed in my store, I can’t seem to do the same in the bulk edit, despite the sales channel supporting schedule publishing products.

This would be expected. Even outside of the bulk editor, only the online store channel has the ability to schedule publications. You can see that here on a product page that the schedule is only available for the online store
If you want to schedule publication for another channel, you can specify that in the publishablePublish mutation
You could also look at an app like Shopify Launchpad for example which might help you schedule certain changes too
