Hi the newly released Catalogs API is very useful, but contains lots of bugs.

  1. It does not work for some stores. Always returns empty results.
  2. Products prices are wrong.

I have examples to reproduce both bugs. What is the properly way to submit a ticket?

Can you share examples here (removing any sensitive client info)? Otherwise I can start a DM with you to gather info on this.

  1. Select Products from a specific store and use store id 14091390 which is Skiis&Biikes. Search ski in query. Empty results returned.
  2. Select All shopify products. Search “swix easy liquid glide”. First result is ALPINECOUNTRYLODGE.CA, with price of 18.14. But if you click the checkoutUrl or open their website, the price is $25.
