I fixed my app not loading to the UI after install as instructed but now the review is stuck spinning a circle around “Checking app listing…”. The problem has been happening for about a day now and I can’t resubmit the app.
Hey there, the “Checking app listing…” step is an automated preliminary check that sometimes gets stuck in a spinning state. It doesn’t always resolve on its own, and from what I’ve seen this can persist for anywhere from hours to days.
If it’s still spinning, I’d recommend reaching out to Shopify Support through the “Chat with a human” option at https://help.shopify.com/en. They can get the issue in front of the App review team who can take a closer look.
Separately, the embedded app checks (App Bridge and session tokens) auto-run every 2 hours and need recent session data from a dev store to pass, so make sure you’ve opened and interacted with the app on a dev store recently if those are still pending too.
I can pass Checking app listing but now embedded app checks (App Bridge and session tokens) will not pass… I have confirmed the session tokens is firing.
